Hello 2015, bring it on!

The year 2015 is upon us!

First off, my heart goes out to each and every one of you who have visited my blog this year. I am so grateful for every page view, like, follow, and comment that I have received. They are my fuel, driving me on to continue doing what I’ve been doing for the past couple of years.

Second, as writers, shall we all promise ourselves a few things for the coming year?

1. Let us commit to writing every single day (a paragraph, a poem, a 300-, 500-, or 1,000-word story, etc., it doesn’t matter);
2. Let us commit to writing well and passionately;
3. Let us commit to reading well and widely;
4. Let us commit to living well and wisely;
5. Let us commit to helping each other become better writers and readers.

Later, I will share with you in a bit more detail my new year’s writing resolutions.

Do you have your own writing resolutions for the coming year? Please share them in the comments section below!

May God bless us all.

Happy New Year

    1. Hi Blondeusk,

      Thank you so much!

      A novel? That’s great! How far are you into it?

      Best of luck to your writing goals! We can do it. 🙂

      Dante

      1. Am 60,000 words in Dante!! Just plucking up the courage to show it to a writer friend of mine (eeek!). Lets start off strong in 2015 💪

  1. I plan to blog everyday too at at least a paragraph or too, start and complete first romance novel, achieve my first semester in University with A marks. Thanks for the encouragement all the best to you and your writing too in 2015. 2014 was the year I officially started blogging because my community outreach worker taught how to set up my wordpress blog account thanks to her and I will blog my last blog today before the strike of midnight to reflect what happened in 2014 and to thank God for everyone and everything I have in my life. From Lovetobealwayshappy.wordpress.com.
    By the way I really loved your blog titled. “I met you before I even saw you”. A friend told me about you and I started following your blogs. You are a very talented poet/writer.

      God bless you!

      Dante

  2. Dante — Thank you for the follow! I hope you’re having a wonderful New Year and I find these resolutions you have listed for us compelling. I too wish to write more passionately in 2015. Best of luck to you!
